Bella Vista Ristorante in Niagara Falls

Went for Thanksgiving dinner and everything was excellent. The deep fried cajun Turkey was insanely good

Fast room service. Huge steak. Delicious.

Very very disappointing. Drove up to Niagara Falls from New Jersey for my boyfriends birthday. Made a reservation to eat here for 7:30. We arrived early (7:15) to be told that there was a half hour wait for our reservation due to a wedding party and the kitchen being behind. The restaurant knew there was a wedding party that would be there, however, they decided to overbook as I am sure they are trying to get all the business they can due to being shut down for 3 months!! Very bad business!! When we were walking out there was another couple that had a reservation and decided to leave as well! I guess overbooking back fired! I will inform any family and friends visiting Niagara Falls to stay away from this restaurant!!!!

I gave this place a 2 🌟 because of the waitress and the ambiance. I ordered the meatballs, I asked several questions about the menu and this dish. One would figure that if there is only 2 balls for $9. They would be at least 4 oz each. These were less than that. Plus they and the sauce were, room temp at best, cheese was not melted. There was a pita type bread that was cut into half dozen triangles. It was slightly toasted which resulted in doughy undercooked middle. So sad, disappointed about it. Plus signage and directions never mention this is in the hotel.

We went for a family birthday while traveling and had a great experience! Food was excellent, from appetizers to the complementary birthday desert. We had a beautiful view of the sunset over the water and our server Shanna was really friendly and accommodating.

Inside the Four Point Sheraton. You do not have to be staying at the hotel to eat there. They have a decent beer and wine selection. The food was absolutely fantastic! So was the dessert! Service was great. It's a bit pricey but I'd say it was worth it.

Horrible experience, waited 40 minutes when they said 20 minutes. Never came to get us, when I went to check the status of the table he said oh it's ready now. Then we sat down 13 minutes later no silverware, menu drinks nothing. I went and asked is anybody going to wait on us he said oh I'm so sorry they're on their way. About another 7 minutes later we nobody came, we left.

Dined here while staying at the hotel onsite. They had live music, which was a nice touch.🙂 Shared sips and munched with my team. It was nice and they have delicious wings. They also have a nice breakfast buffet...😋 Staff was nice and made certain that my coffee was tapped off as needed. We'll be back! Cheers!😊🍹🌴

Visited on a Saturday night, there was a live performance- Greg Sansone. The performance was lovely and the food was nice and fresh. Be aware the serving sizes are big, I had the ceaser salad and couldn't finish it. Overall a good experience, I would go again. Also please note, it is located inside the hotel. So dont be alarmed if you arrive at the address Google provides and see a hotel instead of a restaurant.

Absolutely delicious. Staff was professional and helpful. They had a live band, and we were right next to the window, for some spectacular views. We brought our children, and no one gave us weird looks that you sometimes get when you have kids. It's not what I would call kid friendly, so if you have a loud, picky, or messy eater, you might have a different experience. We walked the grounds after our meal, which was heavenly.

What a great spot relax over a meal or a glass of wine. Sitting by the river is one of the most Serene places. You can stop by either by boat or car!

EXCELENT BREAKFAST, IT WAS NOT A BUFFET, BUT THE MENU A LA CARTE WAS VERY GOOD...WE SELECT THE FOUR POINTS BREAKFAST, IS WAS COMPLETE AND HEALTHY FOOD...

I'm staying at the Four Points by Sheraton on a business trip. It's my first night so I tried the hotel restaurant. It was perfect. My waitress, Carly, was amazing and attentive. The food was delicious and filling. I recommend the Pollo Scaloppini Artichoke! It was fantastic. Carly recommended the brownie and ice cream for dessert. What a treat. If you get the chance sit outside on the deck, for an amazing view of the Niagara river. Careful if you have young children, there are no guard rails by the water. An all around fantastic experience. Stop in if you get the chance!

My brother and I were at this restaurant for lunch today.While the food took a long time to be prepared and served, it was worth the wait. The burger I had was great, the fries were hot, and the salad was tasty. My brother said that the pulled pork was as good as he's ever had.Our waitress, Shanna (sp) was working alone, and it was fairly busy.She was friendly, efficient and a reason for us to come back. Please tell her thank you for us!

Wonderful food, excellent service by Scott, he was very attentive to our needs. Would recommend Bella Vista to anyone wanting a Great Italian meal. Try it out you will love it.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Please listen to all the other negative posts and don’t waste your time or money. When we got there, TWO people stood in the doorway and ignored us then one finally said “oh, hi”. They didn’t have our reservation but we went early so at least we got a table. THE WAIT FOR A WAITRESS TO COME OVER WAS RIDICULOUS. My food came out 15 minutes before the rest of my party’s did. All the food was terrible and the service was AWFUL! Run, run away!

Hotel restaurant, no dress code enforced, people walking in barefoot or just socks. Serving intoxicated people at the bar. Desserts were AWFUL, brownie could have been used a brick, ice cream was sour. Cheese cake is the flavor of the day, but the staff doesn't know the flavor, so good luck with that. Service was beyond slow and unorganized.

We just had dinner at this restaurant and both, staff and food were terrible.We were seated right away however we needed to wait a lot of time for the drinks and food.We ordered pasta and it was AWFUL!! It was hard, all stick together and it seems it wasn't fresh.When we were done , we asked for the check, we waited for a long time and the waitress didn't bring it so we went inside and nobody took care of us. After 20 minutes waiting for the check, the waitress showed up . We expressed our concerns and opinions about the food and instead of being a good listener and/or apologizing, she said the pasta was fresh and homemade and this is the way they cook pasta. She said that their pasta is good and maybe its simply that we may like pasta cooked in a different way. We felt so hurt by her comments and by the way she treated us.Please, don't waste your money here!

The food was pretty good. Pasta was homemade and it showed. An area where they could improve is to have less personal conversations in the main dining area. The restaurant is small and I don't want to hear about how much money you do or do not make. I also don't want to hear you talk about how your boss is a "dictator" or how your fake eyelashes get put on. All of those conversations were had while we were trying to enjoy a nice dinner and the views of the lake. None if they were appropriate for the atmosphere.

The service is horrible. It takes you to talk to 3 servers to order what you need, and then it takes you forever to get your order, and then when you receive it the order is not complete.

Great food. We really enjoyed the meal. I thought it was a little expensive, but good menu options, parking and service overall.

Beautiful setting on the water for my husbands birthday. All our food was delicious-we had the lobster mini sandwiches and bread appetizer and pasta bowls for dinner. Service was wonderful, the manager and waitress were happy to recommend several places to visit during our stay. If not for being a tourist we'd be back again.

This was our first time eating here! It was amazing. The food was Spectacular! The restaurant was right on the water which was beautiful. Our waiter was super nice !! I cannot remember his name but he was very helpful sense we do not live here and know the area ! We will definitely be coming back

EXCELLENT food! Gorgeous view East Niagara River, North end of Grand Island, north Grand Island bridge. We sat on the back patio, part of which is covered. Prices a little high, I think. But not "out of line", given the quality of the dishes we had. The 4 stars rather than five has to do with how a particular complaint about one person's food prep was done, and the seeming indifference to that complaint.

I think the beer in the server where the best part of the restaurant the food might as well have been tasteless because it was pretty close. If I had personally paid for it I would have asked for a refund but since my company took care of it I let it slide.

Very Good Service. Had the steak pizza it was good and drinks. Prices are good.

very upset with the service quality especially seeing how its a premier hotel. Me and my fiance came here 2 nights in a row. First night we waited for 15 mins just for our drink order. Thinking the food would be worth it, i ordered the Buccutini pasta. first off, it was undercooked and then while eating it i found a pc of plastic in my food. the waiter was nice enough to offer me something else in return but they were closing soon so not much of an option to order. upon the second night of arriving we we're told if we didnt have reservations there was a 10-15 min wait period and decided to sit in the lobby and wait to be called. 45 mins had passed and no one ever came so me and my fiance left. i work in food service my self and this is not acceptable at all.

Went here as part of an anniversary celebration and chose this place because of what looked to be a great view. Was not disappointed! The patio seating is excellent and provides a beautiful and peaceful view of the river. There's even a small boardwalk to walk along. The food was good as well, kitchen was fairly slow as others have mentioned but our server was very kind and apologetic. Overall a good experience.

Great food! The staff were all so friendly, patient, and had good customer service skills. They all wore their masks correctly, which is especially important to me. We had a variety of food, and all of the entrees were delicious! The bread service appetizer was so, so good. Everything about the outdoor seating was nice- from the view to the deck. Eating on the waterfront of Niagara and the rainbow bridge doesn’t get better than this! Eat here for a nice day out!

Too many bugs outside, floaties in my drink, and the waitress accused a member of my party of not paying even though she had the receipt. We will not be back.

Sat on the patio with a great view of the river and Grand Island Bridges. Frutti di Mare was good overall. The clams were small littlenecks & calamari was a little rubbery. Small selection of craft beers but it's in a hotel lobby, what do you expect.Came for their Thursday summer all you can eat special but they cancelled due to possible rain. Will have to try again.

The pizza is excellent! Nice view of the water.
